You can dial a Toll Free number from any phone, with no charge. You're already paying for our service, why would you want to pay for calls too? Every account is issued with a toll free number.

Accounts are setup within 24hrs with confirmation being provided via email. text messaging capabilities require up to an additional 5 business days.

Phone numbers are typically released 15 days following the account balance reaching 0. Once a phone number is deleted, it is not recoverable. The account will be treated as a new account and the text message waiting period is required again if re-enrolling.

A new account and the addition of funds to existing FindMyCustomer number have the same process resulting in you being able to log into our system via your assigned account phone number and make conference calls and send text messages.

Once your phone number is assigned, the system will be waiting for you to join for the first time. Your PIN will be set and terms of use will be verbally given over the phone to be accepted.

Yes. When connecting via phone, our system will announce the number of new text messages and will read them to you.

Our system accepts verbal input over the phone from you enabling you to send text messages without a keypad or keyboard.

Unfortunately our system does not provide that capability.

We are able to accommodate multiple solutions. If there is something that required that we do not yet provide, please let us know and we can customize a solution for you.

No. The text messaging function is only to be used for reasons other than marketing. This is intended to be used for 1 on 1 communications with someone that you personally know. The person you are sending messages too shall always have the option to cease communications when they send "STOP" to you.
